What are your thoughts on the newest addition to SFDC? Huge fan of the improvements to slack but not sure how Genie will be utilized to help sales

An AI version of a customer data platform. The demo was kind of cool. Ford uses it to engage heavily with customers and real time data. From when maintenance comes in to when your battery on EV is low.
Not using SFDC, but calling anything 'Genie' sounds like some marketing BS.
I am still bitter about how disastrous the Wave launch was - I do not trust them with the idea of "real time" data. They haven't even updated their Reporting architecture in a decade, much less wanting to be the entire data stream and storage platform. Also what on earth is "hyperscaling" your data platform?!
I am obviously skeptical. Though I do like the marketing term "harmonize" your data streams and Mulesoft is a good product.
