I'll go first - I won the 'most profitable individual award out of 300 salespeople started crying on stage - they played destiny's child's independent women as I accepted it which tbh was fucking better than the award I felt like a super bad bitch - loved that day!ย

It was a 3 months pilot with at least 8 qualified appointments per rep and 6 opportunities out of those appts (75% conversion rate). The quota was 600K.
BDR of the year only being with the company for 8 months. This was out of 170 BDRs.ย
Became an AE at large tech OEM and got a 200% payout the first year. Used it to pay off all debt except the house.
Not a huge achievement, but I've only been an AE for 6 weeks and I just did a demo 99% on my own and KILLED IT. The prospect said our capabilities were "unfathomable" and that it was the best demo he's seen against our competitors. Feels so good.ย
