There are no tricks, honestly. It's just more about the consistency, commitment to reaching out to people in creative ways.
Now when I say creative ways, you can think of using research in the best possible way - using relevant information - using industry news - using your company's new in relevant fashion.
Then of course some experiments around Gifs / Memes / videos / voice messages.

Sales Nav + Zoom Info has been effective for me. I also look for trade association lists where possible, it helps cull the herd as well as ranks prospects - some associations will have ranked member lists.
