I moved to a smaller company and holy fuck the support staff is slow as shit. I have a $40,000 project the client has been trying to pay for like 3 fucking days! They have another one worth about the same that I know they are dragging their feet on, as well as an upsell for a second phase of this project, that I know they're dragging their feet on because they want this taken care of first. anyone else have this issue with your support staff? It's driving me nuts, makes me want to go to another company.
