Looking for some advice from my fellow Salespeople.
I work in a small SaaS company. I am the only official Sales Person and most of my leads are inbound. I am also tasked with doing other things like marketing and helping with roadmaps etc.
I want to bring in more leads to the pipeline in the most efficient way possible. My issue is that when I create a lead list and decide on a plan of action it becomes very hard to stick to my timelines because I am doing everything manually, emails, calls, linkedin, etc. Then at the end of that I don't really have metrics on what worked and what didn't.
I'm considering getting a tool like Salesloft or Outreach, but it's hard to tell if either of these will really help me without ever having used it.
What do people hear think? Is having "cadences" built out on one of these platforms a game-changer? If so, what do people like better Salesloft, Outreach, or something else entirely?
Thanks!
