Side Bets?

Hitting quota and accelerators is all fine and dandy, but for some sick pups out there we need a little extra motivation to close deals.

This usually goes for teams with shorter sales cycles, but for anyone listening: do you ever make side bets with other people on your team for who closes the biggest deal? First deal? Etc?
