Side Hustles

What is your side hustle?


It seems like each sales rep I know has some sort of side hustle. I wanted to open this up here to see if there are common areas where sales reps gravitate.


Mine is pretty basic but I'm trying to grow it. I own a condo that I rent out. The condo rents for $1,500/month and I pocket $300/month. It's not much but I'm happy about it.

I just finish building a mobile app with a buddy of mine. ย Piggy backing off his successful YouTube channel with 300k subs. ย Making a major announcement I'm the next week, this thing takes off I might get out of the rat race!

Multi family. I'd like to have 3-4 complexes by the time I'm 55/60 so that I have them either fully or nearly paid off and can retire comfortably with my other assets as well. 3-4 units can easily net me 150-200k a year.

Hoping to get more money invested in real estate. I've actually been investigating getting a real estate license so I can broker transactions on my own. Would be very interested if anyone else has done this or researched it.

Selling some agency services on the side. Did that full time before and kept a few clients. But it's really just maintenance mode currently. Looking to start something else on the side though in the ecom space.

I've bought an apartment in the south of europe as an investment for holiday rentals. Was a great deal I couldn't refuse on a 40 yr mortgage. Also starting an HR consultancy which contracts out top talent to startups & global corporates.
