I am literally preparing my Call List right now for outstanding DocuSign agreements! My first sales manager had a saying that I still remind myself of every day. "Every minute or hour that you don't use that phone you are throwing money down the drain. Just get it done!"
Send it to their cell via sms, it works, but it's invasive. Make sure the relationship is there.
