signandrecline closed a deal for $28k to the CEO, CTO departments

5 months of work trying to sell one of the most commoditised service (developers for product development).

Reached out to the CEO via outbound email in Feb. He liked the messaging and booked a call. First call went great as he had his CTO on board as well. 60% of the call was more about weather, food, sports and what not. As I spend more time in sales, the fact that people buy from people they like becomes more and more evident.

The timing was a bit off, but they were keen to get started by June with a small trial. Things went well, and we're now working on helping them scale development on one of their products.

Closed this for $28K, and I'm sure I'll be posting a couple more wins down the line for this client.
