Silver Economy

Hey all, I'm prospecting for the next Q and wanted to dive into the world of the Silver Economy, I'm having a slow morning and could use a hand brainstorming. Boomers are aging fast and they're the only ones with any money these days - can any of you savages help me think of products or companies for seniors/aging folks?


I was thinking of obvious things like care homes, and staircase/bathroom renovations (anti-slip things), live at home services, etc.


Any ideas?

Look for optional healthcare things. Anything related to longevity - pills, tonics, snake oil.... People will ingest anything if they think it will make them live 5min longer (instead of just exercising, eating right, and getting decent sleep).

At-home healthcare - not nearly as well covered as standard healthcare in Canada. I think a lot is private.

CPAP is huge i reckon if you could find some kind of consumable you could sell for that. I fly a lot and the amount of cpap machines hoofing around never ceases to amaze.
