Sit or Stand While Working?

Did you invest in a height adjustable desk while spoofing up your WFH "Office"? If so, do you find yourself standing or sitting more or do you switch throughout the day?

I have not invested in a height adjustable desk yet, but certainly miss mine back at the office. I would stand while prospecting and on demo's/customer meetings. Standing helped my projection and my presentations. While doing busy work such as emailing, CRM updates, etc I would sit.

Do you sit or stand while working?

I have a fancy sit/stand desk that has programmable presets for both heights. Its pretty great and a nice luxury for the home office.

I got a cheap manually adjustable desk from Ikea for like 200$. Its not fancy but it does the job. I work sitting down for most of the day and standing for 1-3 hours.
