Slack unique notifications?

I am in a Slack channel, whoever responds to the post the fastest from the SDR gets the call. Is there a way to set Slack to play a unique (alarm type notification) for a post made by a certain user, or in a specific channel?

Thank you! So I followed the directions and it didn't work. When I play the MP3 in the Resources folder, it is correct, but Slack is still pulling the old sound.

the other approach is using foqal.io - everyone gets notified of the post from the SDR, the first person to assign the task to themselves wins. You can run a report at the end of the day/week with the leaderboard.
