The actual sale/POC was very simple on this deal, but we were working with an IT department that was stretched very thin and a VAR (ha yeah right...'value') that was a pain in my ass...
We had a one-week window in between several other projects that were scheduled to POC and get buy in from the VP of IT. What was our biggest advantage? My motherfucking Sales Engineer! He was an absolute rockstar and KILLED it on this deal.
