My key takeaways are that itโs very important to leverage your cross functional teams (teamwork makes the dream work in the War Room) but mainly itโs ideal to help your decision maker get the spotlight with their C-Level. In this deal, we had their CMO join a big call but showcased the amazing work of various DMs across the portfolio, giving them airtime while helping to build rapport and close the deal!
