Somewhat new to investing. Recommendations?

Hello War Room! I'm fairly new to investing, but understand most of the basics. I just started trading options, which I'm just starting to get the hang of.

I was hoping that more seasoned vets could share some of their favorite resources? I'd love to hear about some of your favorite books or advice websites/professionals to check out.

Thanks!

Woah, go easy. Please do not start by trading options. My friends and I who talk about this have between ~$20,000-over $1M in net worth. We all basically have index funds/ETFs and then some individual stocks we like. I've seen super strong gains and never touched options in my life.

I 2nd @CaneWolf we don't have ETFs in Egypt but you might aswell also invest in the treasury bonds it has like 5 to 12% ROI.

Etf funds, and don't put your eggs in one basket if you want go invest in commodities or crypto. Always look longterm it's more stable

Thanks! I have quite a few long term plays and have (happily) been investing in Bitcoin.

Me too please. I like the "look at my balance a few times a year" approach. Basically somewhere to dump my money that isn't stupid.

Don't worry, I'll put some in WR anyway.

Investopedia is great.  The Internet of Money by Andreas Antonopolous (too lazy to spell check) is a fantastic book/collection on Bitcoin related learning and fundamentals.

There is also etoro, which has sick features like following and copying investors automatically and shows you their performance. So you can see how well they invested so far. Of course the investor you follow gets a cut from the dealings

Purchase "The Intelligent Investor" by Benjamin Graham and read the first chapters until it stops applying to the type of investing you're most interested in. It is extremely comprehensive and sets you up for a overall less speculative approach to investing your money.
