This deal was brought in from our partnership team, I was brought in to wrangle the troops as we have an out-of-house expert who helps customers he brings to the table implement a seamless experience around bots and customer journey flows. It's critical to have all key players in place and set the tone that we are one team working on behalf of the customer's success. I was able to set marching orders, paint a clear picture of support and who would be an important point of contact to navigate this partnership. Ultimately we made it easy, focused on the customer and this resulted in a closed-won oppty.
