This company's mission hit close to my heart, they focus on providing resources to victims of domestic violence. With non-profits the buying cycle can be slow and their spend is minimal. Although this wasn't some wild 100K deal, it was important to me they were treated as though they were. I took 1:1 time to curate short demo snippets for them to share within the org as covid was still in full effect so getting everyone in one room and on the same page was a bit challenging as people adjusted to their new WFH lives . I built trust, a customized demo, and had all their technical integration questions answered we were able to ink a deal and give a new community a way to ask for help.
