To set the story straight here, Space Jam is one of my favorite movies of all time.. and I'm also super ripped rn.
However, I have a major discrepancy with the final shot. As you'll recall, on the last shot of the game Michael Jordan jumps off of a Monstar's ass (foul btw, but we don't call that where I'm from) and extends his arm about half of the length of the court. His arm goes to the hoop and he drops the ball in and give the Tune Squad the win by one. With that said, that shot was only counted as 2 points when he clearly took off from behind the 3 point line, so his shot should have counted as a 3 pointer. This would have given the Tune Squad a 2 point win and also cover the spread up to -1.5.
Has anyone else ever noticed this or thought about this? Because sometimes this keeps me up at night.
