Best one Iโ€™ve seen: Every time an SDR books a meeting they get a free hot dog. After a month, whichever SDR has downed the most dogs and put on the most weight wins a free week of PTO to go to fat camp. Itโ€™s a great motivator and adds some fun to the office.ย

You can create spiffs based around all the different KPIs you are hopefully tracking for them.

I'd alternate between these different spiffs but here are the obvious ones:

Making a certain number of calls each day
Setting a certain number of demos / appointments each day
Having those set demos turn into conducted demos

Base these spiffs around the KPIs you are tracking for your SDRs. You should know how many calls they typically need to make to set a demo, how many demos they need to set to have them turn into demos conducted, and how many demos conducted need to happen to turn into a sale.

All solid ideas, but my boss is being a dick and wants it all attributed to pipeline not activity, makes it tough and shouldve threw that in as a disclaimer, hence my spiff writers block

Number of meetings set, size of potential for each meeting (I know that can vary), activity spiff, shoot even a spiff for latest time in the day for a meeting set. You can get really creative with these and make it interesting.
