Lots of tik tok tards showing how you can scoop up things from Goodwill or clearance bin at Walmart and sell on Amazon for profit. Problem is they're showing the listing price, but not if anyone is buying. You can buy a whole bunch of cheap crap and list it on Amazon, but there's no guarantee anyone will buy it. Now you're stuck with a garage full of garbage.

You can buy a freehold house on one income. Remote jobs hiring left and right, even if you make 40K (which anyone can straight out of high school). They'll give you a mortgage on a 300-500 thousand dollar house with that. Just move out of the big city.
