Follow-ups are key, but I sometimes struggle to stand out in a crowded inbox. What are your go-to strategies for getting a response? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
I find namedropping their kids' school in the subject usually gets an open and some kind of response. Though it may be from the FBI...

I like to follow up with a short video. Shows you're human and if you can use a piece of relevant news or highlight something the prospects said/did that aligns with your solution then you'll almost always get a reply. Subject line must be short and something that sounds like it would come from an internal colleague

the best way? if for them to know your name. but thats not always an option.
"just left you a voicemail" is a subject line i get traction with.

If you are in MedTech you can access white papers and dive into research by Principal Scientists, Postdocs, or Doctors. I love reading up on their work and crafting a subject line that ties directly to their research. Itโs super effectiveโabout 9 out of 10 times, they respond because theyโre passionate about discussing their research and innovations.

Short video, catchy subject line, text written on a blackboard, audio notes....
Basically keep A/B testing, it's not one solution fits all kinda thing.

one-word subject lines (smallcase) work best for me
