Start of a New FY

I always found it strange that as soon as one quarter/fiscal year ends another begins the very next day. It's incredibly anti-climactic. Very unlike the end of a sports game where you have time before the next one to prepare for battle.

What do you guys do to move on to the next, yet put a stamp on the previous? Is there any breathing room or are you right back to ripping dials? Celebration? Sulking?

He who hesitates is lost. You should have already built a pipeline for the next month/quarter/year...and if you hadn't then you're dead in the water. Get them phones hot!

It can be a very strange feeling the very next day, but as others have said, it makes no difference to the job in hand.ย
