I’ll start with some good news. The farmers and farming cases have significantly dropped since we removed the gift cards. Not entirely eradicated, but greatly reduced. I’m personally seeing more quality content in the WR as well, so kudos to y'all!
While removing the gift cards, we promised something to you and are here to deliver on it. But before we do, in case you missed the previous updates on this or are new to the War Room, here’s a quick recap of what this is and why we’re doing it:
- We removed gift cards from commish store because of farmers & imposters posting shitty content, upvoting shittier content, and taking out gift cards in return.
- We decided to launch a START, STOP, CONTINUE project to refresh the commish store on a monthly basis, so that people can have stuff in here, they want to spend their commish on.
- This way, we can not only keep the bad actors at bay but also create an authentic commish store together with people who matter most in the War Room - you!
While we’re aware of some of the items you want to see for sure *cough, Macbook, cough* post the Black Friday Sale, we want to be respectful of all community members in the War Room and hear their voices.
So let’s start with the very first edition of the Start, Stop, Continue project for the War Room commission store.
We can have max. 36 items in the commish store for now. Which means to add a new merchandise (start), we need to remove an old one (stop). If I were you, I’d also mention what I want to keep seeing (continue).
