Opinions on coming into (new job & new product) entry level, in an entirely different roll than you’re used to(CDR). Expectations are to crush it for 8 weeks, hitting designed quota, graduating to the position you were initially hired for(closer)?
king or sting it? I’m curious to hear seasoned experts and newbies opinions on this tactic for developing future savages in the field.
