Get a puppy or have a baby
Before you go to bed, set 5 strips of bacon on a George Foreman grill. When your first alarm goes off, turn it on. You’ll wake up the smell of delicious bacon. Be careful to not step on it.
Seriously, adopt a routine that you enjoy. Maybe wake up 15 minutes early to watch part of a show you enjoy, or to head outside for a walk etc.
