I follow my competitors to see what they're talking about in blogs, etc.

I read analysts that are relevant to my industry and marketplace.

We have an internal channel for industry news that's updated as events hit the wire.

Reading reports, webinars, customer stories and competitor reports. Podcasts are my favourite because then I connect with the speakers and have more industry thought leaders in my network to learn from their posts and engage with.

At an very early start up, extremely innovative with zero competitors. Like a typical start up we make drastic changes often and are having a hard time closing our target market deals. Any advice how to stay motivated?
