StickToTheProcess closed a deal for $23k to the IT department

From the first discovery it was mutually known that we are a good fit and solve a major pain for the customer. They were fairly responsive through the decision process but then went cold and stopped answering calls/emails/texts for a month or so. A bit of research gave me some ideas of gifts to send from Amazon and the morning after they were delivered the decision maker asked for the DocuSign.
