I had been banging the phone for about 4 months trying to reach my ultimate end user - just a lady who never answered the phone or email. Finally just played dumb and maybe a bit sneaky called the main line trying to get to A/R; I guess the receptionist thought I was trying to pay a bill. She sent my info directly to my POC and within 5 minutes called back, set a meeting and 2 weeks later closed a $25k deal.
