suggest me a tv?

I earned a fat paycheck last quarter and haven’t spent even a tenth of it. Finally decided that I’d want a nice effin’ 75”/65”55” Smart TV for my living room - so that i can watch severance on it (and also SAD now that it’s on prime).

What’s out there in the market my savages? I don’t quite understand the difference between google tv and android TV. What about OLED? QLED? Apple TV? I can spend around $1500 to $2000

I’d hit up Costco and get a decent Samsung 75in.

Go big or go home on this. If you can fit an 85" Costco has some solid Samsung TVs that fit that budget.

I think the Frame is super cool, but if you don't care about your decor then definitely just get a BIG ASS TV at Costco. Always great deals, can be returned easily if it's no good.

Plus you can buy a hot dog and put for a buck fitty while you're at it.

Should be simple, you want best quality or bigger “”?

Go for a decent size but best quality. That fits the budget. If some money is left, buy a surround sound home theatre or a sound bar!

Bought a Samsung curved 65 in 19. Was about $1700 then. Same one is $500 less now. Not a flaw or hiccup with it. Maybe another 5 before getting another.

I have both Samsung QLED and LG OLED. I've had the Samsung for long enough I forgot the model number, over 7 years with no issues. The LG is a C3 Evo in 65".

If it's going to be somewhere with glare or a bright area where the TV will get hit by sun, the Samsung QLED is fantastic.

The LG OLED looks better, but will be damaged by direct sunlight and is not quite as bright.

Both have decent but not excellent smart TV capabilities.

OLED is what you want, best technology available on the market right now. Generally Samsung panels and colors are better than LG. Sony Bravia a95L is probably the best in terms of technology followed by Bravia 8 (within your budget). If you’re gaming too you want this. Samsung OLED s95D reigns supreme, too, their newest and best OLED tv available. I have the s95B (2 years ago version) it still blows my fucking mind every time. Perfect for gaming too.
