Not to brag or anything, but I gave up my $1 million salary so I could pay each of my employees $70k. That's right, you heard me. I'm only getting paid $800k now, which allowed me to bump up each of my employees salaries from $65k to $75k. I just love to give back and really care.

I’ve always thought it was weird for a ceo salary for a company of that size and at that stage to be paying 1 million dollar salary no? Maybe I’m naive here but if you’re trying to grow and 1M of your ARR is just going to that salary it’s going to impeded growth.

not LinkedIn related but someone who just got the boot off my FB used to post about himself all the time and how humble he is.... but then every post is about how smart he is, how wealthy he is, etc. 🤦♀️

Absolutely. Prompt follow up wins deals. Even if you don't have an answer yet if they asked for something, I will reply and say "I am still working on it and will have it by XYZ"
