Super Bowl of Sales!!

With the upcoming Super Bowl that decides greatness in the world of football, I was curious as to what people considered determined greatness in the sport of sales? I personally have always felt that President's Clubs, Winners Circles, etc. were a pretty solid measure.......but hey, what do I know........I leave VMs when cold calling??

MVP awards are great, all expense paid trips are hell of  a perk, and  commission comes in when you crush, but being trusted to just do your fucking job?

Bingo. If you are consistent to the point where your forecast calls are nearly a formality and management  isn’t hounding you EOQ… you made it. Half the people that make P-club just get lucky with a grand slam at some point in the year but won’t make it next year

Yeah I get you’re obsessed with me and my paycheque size but there aren’t any openings in Coups’ Simp Army atm. We have a lot of interest and can only recruit the very best and brightest of candidates.

Negative.  I’ll take a tangible reward any day.

I don’t need to be “allowed” to do what I want. I will do what I want anyway, as long as it’s in the best interest of the company. I will listen when spoken to, to ensure I am considering all perspectives, and not violating the company’s best interest inadvertently.   After that, as long as I’m not, you can try to micromanage me but you won’t succeed. As long as I deliver results, all will be forgiven.

If we butt heads so much that you can’t allow me to do my job, then pay out my severance clause and watch me make all of your competitors fabulously wealthy.

As long as I’m doing the right thing, I don’t need anyones approval, blessing, or trust. The only thing I’ve committed to provide are results, and I almost never miss.

Now, can we talk about flying me first class?

Tbh, so have I, when I was fresh out of school and I was a little bitch. My first job I didn’t have the balls or know enough to stand up for myself, and I was regularly #1/200+

but since then I’ve learned to take no shit.

pay me well, and learn that I’ll do what I want anyway. The sooner they get it, the less painful it is for everyone involved. And usually they’re pretty happy about the outcomes too. So it works out.

No such things. Superbowl is a team thing, sales are IC related. Closest you'll get is a Prezi club trip, but at what cost? Do you hate your job cuz your manny is always on your back? Do you have work-life balance, cuz if not, then the Prezi club ain't work it to me
