Support question - how long to be contacted after cashing commish?

I cashed commission for the WR mug and it said I'd get an email from bravado staff for shipping/etc but haven't yet. I am not sure what the appropriate amount of time to wait is but I wouldn't want to lose my commish for nothing. Not a big deal yet but just looking for some clarity and I didn't see another way to get support.
