Only worked for dinosaurs myself. Curious to know if the start up life is for me

ย  I did. Not for everybody. Also depending how big is a start up and at what stage. My reco- do your own research (little presell exercise), I literally called potential clients, before I made the move.

ย Also, it is up to your preference, me I hate internal bureaucracy, more than I like the benefits/ brand recognition that dinosaurs have. Some people thrive better in a standardized environment.

You won't know until you try for yourself! I'd say its worth it.ย

Always worked in small to mid-size and really enjoying the startup life. Get to wear a lot of hats but can get frustrating at times. Definitely not for everyone. The equity is nice though being employee #1.

Yes 100% it makes your resume more attractive but, Iโ€™d be curious your reasons for leaving. The startup life is great and you have way more input but theyโ€™re likely all over the place and it can get frustratingย
