The client has been working with us for quite some time when I took over the portfolio.
The overall situation wasn't easy as client has been struggling with gaining the traction (Tech product) and desperately needed good portion of growth marketing/user acquisition topped with an experienced Product Owner.
We've thrown a 3 day workshop, rolled out the action plan and within 2 weeks managed to upsell 10k workshop deal into 3 months long development and growth consulting worth well over 125k.
Lesson learnt:
- There is never too poor situation which can not be turned around
