We've been working with this client for quite some time - the cooperation was pretty successful.
After a bit of moaning from logistics team about the poor driver tracking system, we have found an opportunity there for helping in solving their problem.
It was right after we've had 3 fresh developers joining the team and they needed the project to learn and grow on.
We've quickly managed to connect those two dots and created the "tailored web system" which has solved their problem in no time (4 weeks - the webapp was up and running).
We've got happy client, new department door opened, 76% margin on small but lucrative project .
Lesson learnt:
- There is always a way to connect two dots and squeeze business out of it
- Think about your long-term clients' problems and try to help them in solving those. New bycicle is perhaps already created by Peloton :xD
