Same. Lots of people asking for advice on how to cope and it’s simple. Stop working for 5 days. Use your vacation days. If you’re sick, take the sick day. Our org gives us community service days to, so go volunteer. Get away from the desk.

Preach, try to take some time off every quarter otherwise you'll be going full speed down slope burnout.

At the end of the day you shouldn't put yourself through additional stress unless you know without a doubt that you will be compensated for it and that the compensation is worth it.

Yes! This time of year I can't take more than a day or two at a time, so I'm going to be having some extended weekends. I'm looking forward to those.
