talk soon?

Anyone else noticed a big uplift in responses by adding "talk soon" as your closing line in emails?

i recently switched to "talk soon".  Data from Salesloft says that's the best one to use, so I'm giving it a shot

That's where I found it! It does make an impact for now. We'll see how long it lasts

with salesloft in play it'll have diminishing returns like "Quick Question" in the subject line.

I've been using "I appreciate the feedback in advance" for many years, and its become my go to presumptive CTA.

I haven't tried this one. I normally give 2 different options for a meeting request and let them choose.

Ah, option closing usually is best over email. Do you hard close for 1 time on calls?

I always have a next step and call to action whether it's another meeting, implementation, QBR, or hand off.

Never leave the call without a next step accepted on the calendar, you're exactly right!

I do like the "talk soon" and use it as well. Other ones that have worked for me depending on the email and the ask is "Thanks in advance for the quick response" and if laying out call notes or a recap "Are there any additional notes I should add from our conversation, did I miss anything? Please advise"

I recently read an article saying to change your closing line to "talk soon", i've had mine switched to that for about 2 months and to be honest i havent seen much of a change.

I have noticed that as well. There’s also some study that says starting your emails with “Hey ____” vs “Hi ___” makes an impact

What's the main difference you've seen there?

Have you ever, in your life, either liked or disliked the body of an email & then changed your mind about your reply based on how they "signed off"?

If your email is impactful, they'll reply without ever reading your closing line.

Used to use "best, cheers," and others... with no change to the email copy response rates went up 2% and had much better success with multi-threading active deals.

Maybe I'm off base here?

I always close with "speak soon", do we feel this have the same effect? Or is "talk soon" somehow that much more effective?

IMO, "speak soon" has much more of a tone of someone ordering me to do something.

I close with a firm call to action.
"Let me know what you think by noon tomorrow,"

This way. I am set the timing expectation.
