I voted extrovert but in my opinion it does not matter at all. I am an extrovert and do fine, but my team mate is an introvert and crushes as well.

What matters is attention to detail, ability to do discovery, and ability to align your product to their need/pain.

None of that requires one personality type vs the other.

I'm not sure it actually matters that much. Different people have different approaches

I don't understand what you are asking. Should you be an extrovert if you're working Enterprise deals? Should you try to hunt an introvert down in the account to position them as your champion?

Yes, curious to how others feel or have seen results in proving more successful in reaching out to, engaging, and securing Enterprise deals.

Your personality, or the prospect's personality, will have little influence in closing enterprise deals. However, your skillset to identify, qualify and close business will act as the ultimate factor. Are you good at the job, or not?

I'd say it's neither or either. Enterprise deals get pushed through internally by a person who believes in the product and has the drive to help you get it in front of the right people.

I voted extrovert but also agree it doesn’t matter. Both introverts and extroverts can be great at sales. They can also both suck.
