TCPA for MM/Enterprise sales?

My org is mandating that we run all potential leads through the national DNC database prior to calling them. The org is primarily focused on consumer sales, but my small team is strictly mid market and enterprise (we were acquired). It's always been my understanding that the DNC list was more for telemarketers calling consumers, and TCPA only comes into play for us if a prospect or lead requests that we no longer call them, including the "unsubscribe" link, which we include on every outgoing email. My question is has anyone here ever dealt with this in a mm/enterprise sales org?

Nope. Not even sure what the TCPA is. DNC is definitely a consumer thing though, not B2B.

dang this is really intense. i have never had to deal with this. have they had issues with this in the past or something?

sounds like something a company would do if they got busted before.

I'm not sure if they have or if they're being overly cautious. Either way, it makes sense for an org that focuses on the consumer sale. I just work in the land of Oz. It's almost enough to make start responding to LinkedIn recruiters... Almost ๐Ÿ˜‚
