I am a woman so I've always loathed being handed men's polo shirts. Fucking read the room.

When it's a group I do enjoy the pizza parties, it's great
to relax with the team and will strengthen the bonds of everyone.

I need that hoodie. Primarily so I can pull it up over my head like a teenager when we have those really early morning meetings to accommodate our global comrades.

Bonus points if your ear buds are in and you keep your head down so no one can see your face!
Oh I use huge headphones that cover my whole ears, luckily
the hoodie is wide enough to cover the head set.
Nah, the point is to make sure that they can be spotted. It's a teen thing, though. Might not go over so well in a business environment.

By far my favorite was a yeti cooler, second is a super comfortable blanket I got with a company logo in the corner.

I prefer experiences. Up to X dollars, I’ll pay for you to go to a concert, round of golf, massages, whatever you want to do. Also throw in an extra PTO day (if you’re not on unlimited).

Agree with the Yeti cooler, got one of those but also got a few different 1/4 zip pullovers with the company logo on them. Nice to wear out and not super gawdy with the logo that I felt like I was a rolling billboard.
Few simple ones that we got recently that was just a nice thank you was car wash gift cards. It was a super simple gift and greatly needed.

I love my 1/4 zip or full zip lightweight jackets. Unexpected F2F with a customer? No problem, pull that baby on over my sports team t-shirt, and I'm good to go.
Got a great reversible beach/picnic blanket one year with the company logo on it; it folded up neatly with velcro closure and had its own carrying handle for convenience. I still use it!

I take my team out for winning & dinning once in a while! 😊 – We do it when we have a really good month or hitting Quota's ect.

Quarter zip pullovers and yeti swag. Really can't go wrong here.
My old boss got us this 3 month subscription box and we got to choose from a bunch of things- wine, beer, whiskey, cigars, pickles, salsas. Was a little spendy (about $70 per person) but depends on what your budget is and if your team is hitting quota to deserve that. 😂
