How do you define team selling?
I've noticed that (when done well) team selling can be really effective in closing deals, faster.
However, I often see team approaches to be more about sales activity and less about sales strategy. (If we fire enough shots at the target, we'll hit something...)
Has anything worked really well? What doesn't work?
