This company took 6 months to get from the initial reach out to the first PO# issued. Multiple reach out attempts, calling regularly, lots of texts and emails.
Got them to switch over by being persistent and when the competition dropped the ball, I was there to catch them and solve the problem. Also, a box of beers accompanied by a morning tea shout sweetened them up.
I loved this one so much because the product is the competitions speciality and not ours. I have handed them over to my wonderful support team, so repeat orders will flow!!!
