Thank you! Initially they were shielding us from having a lot of direct contact with the buyer and we spent a good amount of time educating the channel partners vs. meeting with the clients. Once we got the partner rep comfortable with our solution, he was a huge advocate for us and helped facilitate demos, pricing discussions, and would backchannel with the prospect to give me insight into the deal. Overall one of my best experiences working through a channel partner.
