This one was a doozy from start to finish. We were working with an intermediary offering a set of services that did not include our specialization, the reached out when a partner they work with currently ask for these specific services.
Due to our middle man dragging their feet on the legal agreements, we were never able to connect directly with the customer and instead completed a lot of back and forth, pretty much playing telephone.
Due to this a lot was lost in translation and we repeatedly ran into challenges that seemed likely to torpedo the deal. Thankfully all three parties worked to address this and make it happen. Though it did take a pretty strict ultimatum to get it over the finish line.
