Do you mean in an interview? I would prepare a quick summary of your background and practice it so it's about 45 seconds long.

I want to know:

1) Where you work now, what you do
2) Relevant places you've worked before
3) Your track record
4) End with a quick personal quip about yourself "when I'm not working, I spend time parasailing and driving my 1974 mustang"

I wouldn't as that question. Too overdone. Instead I would dive deeper into the nitty gritty of how you solve problems

This question is one of my favorites. So many people borderline panic and ramble at the openness of the ask. Be prepared with a quick, clean this is who I am, this is the value I bring, and this is why I belong here!

Have some personality and don't be a robot but don't start panic-rambling on and on about your previous roles or the nickname your parents gave you as a kid.

This is a great question as an interviewer for sales roles in particular:

1. See if they prepared
2. See how long they go on for
3. Watch how they carry and present themselves

It's a great way to set the stage for the rest of the interview, and to be honest if someone blows it here it's gonna be a hard path back up.

This is basically just a quick flash roll of why they should care about you. Before you give them all the dirty details, they just want to know why are you worth talking to.

Im in a more enterprise complex sale... we usually close 1-3 deals a quarter and if you have healthy pipeline you'll have at least 6-10 in varying stages for the future.
