Tenders and procurement

who usually handle the tender application and paperwork at your company? we're a small team (~20 people), and still sales is working on this but I think it's a waste of recourses

Always sales, since it's our comp to lose. I got a new guy to do most of the gruntwork for me but to be honest once you have a good template it is not that much work.
