Massive win for the team. This was an RFP that started early this year. Went to NYC in the middle of winter to do live demos and navigated multiple customer references, did second round of demos virtually, then had multiple integration conversations which can always slow things down.
Many parts of the institution are white space but a large department use our main competitor so not only did we have to prove we are the best we had to prove we are SO good we can replace a competitor which does not happen often yet in our industry.
They got an absolute STEAL of a price (which is a major reason why I think we won) and pumped to have this win this year!
