If you are not learning as a salesperson, you should look for another career where nothing changes. I was out of sales for 5 years, and everything has changed. The way I do cold outreach now is completely different than I did in 2015-16. The skills I use are different, and so are the expectations to hit quota. The academy is FREE. Why wouldn't we use it?
