I use Notion just because you can customize it. My workflow in notion: lightweight CRM + notes + today's tasks + weekly tasks/goals + monthly habit tracker.

Airtable is pretty user friendly, but I guess it really depends on what your specific needs are. ย If youโre looking for something more comparable to Basecamp, Asana comes up a lot.

+1 to Todoist. it's been very reliable and works nicely with team-collab and integrations
we did not do heavy integrations and we are also quite a small team but it so far so good. we've been using it for a couple of years now and it proved to be robust and stable.

I usually take my team out eating once in a while, everything is paid by the company.
