I use Notion just because you can customize it. My workflow in notion: lightweight CRM + notes + today's tasks + weekly tasks/goals + monthly habit tracker.

my whole life is in Notion. Even grocery lists and vacation locations with my gf.

I've used this too. It is cool because you are not limited by functionality. And they are generous on their Free trial with the 1000 blocks too.

Airtable is pretty user friendly, but I guess it really depends on what your specific needs are. ย If youโ€™re looking for something more comparable to Basecamp, Asana comes up a lot.

is this by sorting cards in "to do", "In progress", "completed"? or is there a cooler way that helps?

Monday.com is great! It's quite simple to do the integrations with its ready-made plugins.

we did not do heavy integrations and we are also quite a small team but it so far so good. we've been using it for a couple of years now and it proved to be robust and stable.

ClickUp - when I saw their tagline was "the one app to replace them all", I thought "wow lame af"

...then it replaced multiple apps i'd been using before
