No it's not to build a prospect list or try and catch that CEO before he gets on the golf range on Sunday.
It's to turn off slack, close that work computer and not touch it for the weekend.
Burnout in sales is real.
All too often I've found myself answering a slack message and then suddenly doing a cheeky hour of work.
Why is that bad? When I do that I can't switch off and I come crashing back into Monday and Tuesday feel like the weekend didn't exist.
Instead go do some yoga, play a round of golf, give your mom a call or get absolutely fucked up with the boys.
Happy hunting guys and chill the fuck out this weekend.
